At RazaCart, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return & Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

Orders once placed cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.

🔁 Replacement Policy (3 Days)

We offer a 3-day replacement guarantee only in the following cases:

Received a defective product

Received a wrong product

Conditions:

You must inform us within 24 Hours Of days of delivery And Replacement Approve Within 3 Days

Product must be in original packaging

Proper unboxing video or proof may be required

🛡️ Warranty Policy

Warranty is applicable only on products where it is clearly mentioned in the product title

Standard warranty period: Up to 6 months (if specified)

Not all products come with warranty

✅ Earbuds under ₹899 come with 6 Months Warranty.

🔄 For replacement, a ₹150 service charge will apply.

📦 Customer must send the product to our address in original packaging.

🧾 A valid bill/order proof must be provided via WhatsApp or Email for warranty claims.

⚠️ Physical damage, water damage, or missing accessories are not covered under warranty.

🔧 Warranty Claim Process

For warranty claims (especially earbuds or similar products):

Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with issue details

Share product problem (photos/videos if required)

If approved, send the product to our address (shared on WhatsApp)

Important Notes:

Product must be in original condition and packaging

customer must self-ship Of Warrenty Product OR 

If pickup is arranged from our side, ₹150 pickup charge will apply

🎧 Special Note for Earbuds

In case of any issue, free replacement will be provided under warranty

Applicable only if product is under valid warranty and issue is genuine
